Swimming Facility Rules:
The following rules must be observed within the swimming facility:
A. Once the entry fee has been paid, it is not permitted to leave the swimming facility and re-enter with the same ticket.
B. You must shower and use the footbath before entering the pool, using the designated mandatory paths at poolside. It is mandatory to shower again after using the restroom facilities.
C. Enter the pool wearing a swim cap.
D. Inside the facility, it is mandatory to wear appropriate footwear with non-slip soles that have not been and will not be used in areas outside the pool (e.g., wooden clogs, rubber flip-flops).
E. Do not enter the pool area unless the lifeguards responsible for rescue services, in accordance with the law, are present at the facility.
F. Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed access to the facility unless accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for them.
G. Non-swimmers must stay within the designated area marked by appropriate signs and may use flotation devices (rings, arm floats) only in the permitted zones.
H. It is recommended not to enter the pool within three hours of consuming a meal or after drinking alcohol.
I. Wearing a swim cap is mandatory.
J. It is forbidden to throw clothes or objects of any kind into the water, except for authorized swimming materials.
K. In the event of weather disturbances, if swimming is prohibited, the entrance fee will not be refunded.
L. Swimmers must avoid contaminating the pool water with secretions such as nasal or mouth mucus.
M. It is forbidden to walk or remain in the locker rooms and showers without a swimsuit; to change, please use the designated cabins. It is also prohibited to enter the pool areas fully dressed.
N. Diving is only allowed in areas specifically designated and open for such activities.
O. Playing with balls or engaging in other games that may disturb people or cause damage is prohibited throughout the facility.
P. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the indoor facility; in the outdoor pool area, smoking is only permitted outside the poolside area, using the provided ashtrays.
Q. It is prohibited to bring fins, masks, spearguns, sunglasses, or other underwater equipment into the pool without prior authorization from the facility management; swimming goggles must have plastic lenses.
R. To protect the safety of swimmers, during public hours, apnea diving, running dives, and backward dives are prohibited.
S. Swimmers are not allowed to occupy lanes reserved for athletes or swimming courses.
T. Swimmers must not distract lifeguards from their duties or facility staff from their tasks.
U. It is forbidden to damage hedges, plants, trees, and all equipment provided for use and enjoyment.
V. It is prohibited to litter on the grass.
W. It is prohibited to circulate anywhere in the facility with glass containers or objects.
X. It is forbidden to leave food waste outside designated bins, compromising the hygiene and decor of the area.
Y. The Municipal Administration, represented by the Facility Director, reserves the right to remove or deny access to the facility to anyone who behaves improperly, in any way disturbing the order and proper functioning of the complex.

Fines:
For violations of the above rules, fines are imposed as per Article 7 bis of Legislative Decree 267/2000, ranging from €25.00 to €500.00, with a reduced payment of €50.00. Proceeds go to the Municipal Administration. Competent authority: the Mayor - Municipal Police.
